With years of hands-on experience in real estate, we’ve grown from our early days in wholesaling to managing our own development projects. Our mission is to transform overlooked properties into assets for the community, blending strategy with service, and profit with purpose. While we’re committed to underserved areas, we also seek out high-potential opportunities that make sense for our team and our partners.

Our in-house acquisitions team is backed by strong relationships built during our wholesaling years. We continue to source and structure deals for fellow investors, builders, and developers who share our values and vision.

To extend our impact, we launched Gravion Deal Academy (GDA), a growing educational branch of our business. GDA offers affordable crash courses for those looking to start their journey in real estate with trusted guidance. We’re building a community of individuals dedicated to learning, teaching, and growing, together or independently. Each course is based on the tools and lessons that helped us succeed, and our mentorship and monthly Zoom meetups are designed to keep the learning going.

With a strong background in wholesaling, we’ve grown to manage our own development projects, focusing on community impact and long-term value. Through Gravion Deal Academy, we now provide accessible education and mentorship to help others confidently enter and thrive in real estate.

Lexus Henson
Lexus is the investment strategist behind Gravion Group. She brings a sharp eye for building systems, identifying creative opportunities, and developing strategic marketing approaches. A Baltimore native, she leads with both structure and vision, ensuring that every project aligns with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
Raquel Franco-Henson
Raquel’s journey in real estate began with curiosity and a drive to learn everything from the ground up. A San Francisco native and creative thinker at heart, she leads Gravion Group’s acquisitions and overall direction. Her experience spans across wholesaling, development, and education. Raquel believes in sharing the tools to help others grow while continuing to learn and evolve herself.
